Owner
Lillie brings over 22 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a passion for supporting families through life’s most important transitions. She began her career as a family liaison in a fertility clinic, guiding individuals with care and compassion, before transitioning into senior services.
Working throughout both Northern and Southern California, Lillie has supported seniors in finding quality home care and later specialized in senior placement services. She is dedicated to helping families navigate their options and connect with trusted communities and professionals who can provide the care, comfort, and support their loved ones deserve.
Outside of her professional work, Lillie is a proud mother of three. She enjoys staying active through exercise and yoga, spending time at the beach and in nature, and studying herbal remedies. She also serves on the SSC board at her daughter’s elementary school and volunteers as a student mentor, reflecting her deep commitment to her community.

Monica is an experienced administrative and operations professional with a strong background in project management, system engineering support, and organizational leadership. As our Administrative Director for Community Relations, she brings years of experience in coordination, communication, and relationship building, helping ensure exceptional support and service for our clients and partners. In her downtime, Monica enjoys reading books, taking beach walks, exercising, and spending quality time with her family.
